Followrs is a link-in-bio platform that enables creators to:

• Create a customizable public profile page
• Add links to their social media and external content
• Sell digital products and accept payments
• Collect email addresses from visitors
• Accept tips and donations from supporters

We provide the tools and infrastructure; you are responsible for the content you create and share.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in some jurisdictions)

Usernames are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, violate our policies, or infringe on trademarks.

Our Content: The Followrs name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and graphics are the property of Followrs Inc. You may not use these without our prior written consent.

DMCA: We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid takedown requests in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.

Payment Terms

Followrs partners with Stripe to process payments. When you sell products or accept payments through our platform:

• Platform Fees: Followrs charges zero platform fees on transactions.
• Stripe Fees: Standard Stripe processing fees apply (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction in the US). These fees are charged by Stripe, not Followrs.
• Payouts: Earnings are deposited directly to your connected bank account via Stripe on their standard payout schedule.
• Refunds: You are responsible for your own refund policies. We recommend clearly communicating your policies to buyers.

By using payment features, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOLLOWRS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Procurement of substitute services
• Personal injury or property damage

Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim, or (b) $100.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• Your account remains inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We will make reasonable efforts to allow you to export your data before deletion.
